Dr. Oymak graduated from Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine and completed her ENT specialisation at the same institution. After years of service in public hospitals across Türkiye, she established her own private practice in Bursa in 2022, where she now serves international patients from the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Dr. Özlem Oymak read medicine at Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in Adana, one of southern Türkiye's leading academic institutions, and completed her ENT specialisation at the same faculty — a residency that gave her early exposure to a wide range of rhinological and otological cases across a high-volume university hospital setting.
Her years in public service took her across three cities. From 2015, she held posts at Adana Seyhan State Hospital, then at Çorum Hitit University Erol Olçok Training and Research Hospital, and finally at Bursa City Hospital — each placement deepening her experience in functional nasal surgery, septoplasty and the structural approach to complex cases that would later define her private practice.
In 2022, she made a deliberate decision to leave public service and establish her own practice in Bursa. The move was not a retreat from demanding work, but a step towards the kind of medicine she had always wanted to practise: unhurried consultations, a continuous relationship with every patient, and surgery considered on its own merits rather than on a waiting-list schedule.
Today, her practice receives patients from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, and across the European Union. Every international consultation is conducted personally. There are no coordinators, no handovers, no answering services — a standard she considers non-negotiable.
Outside the operating room, she reads more history than medicine, and walks the Osmangazi hills on Sundays with her two daughters.
