How quickly will I receive a reply?

Written enquiries are answered within twenty-four hours, Monday to Saturday. WhatsApp messages sent during office hours are typically answered within the hour. Urgent post-operative concerns from current patients are reviewed by Dr. Oymak personally, at any hour.

Is the video consultation really complimentary?

Yes. The initial twenty-minute video consultation carries no fee and no obligation. Its purpose is to establish, honestly, whether surgery is the right answer for you — and if so, which procedure. If Dr. Oymak does not believe surgery is appropriate, she will tell you.

What information should I include in my first message?

A short description of your concern (breathing, shape, hearing, sinusitis), how long it has troubled you, and any previous surgery or consultation. Photographs are optional at this stage but helpful — ideally a relaxed front view and a profile, taken in natural light. Please do not send medical imaging files by email; these will be requested securely after your consultation is booked.

Do you reply in English and German?

Yes. Clinical correspondence and consultations are conducted in English, German or Turkish, according to your preference. Dr. Oymak speaks conversational German; written correspondence in German is reviewed by a medical translator to ensure precision.

Is my information kept private?

Always. Enquiries are handled under the practice's privacy policy and are never shared with third parties, marketing agencies, or other clinics. Photographs and medical information are stored securely and only for as long as required to provide your care.
